Mini meditation with the candle:
Light the candle, sit in a quiet place, and watch the movement of the flame. Feel the strength of the pepper disperse what is unnecessary, while the softness of the xeranthemums brings peace. In your mind, repeat:

“I open myself to light and peace. I hear myself. I have enough strength to create my own path.”

Stay in this calm for as long as you need.
